T. Taylor

Meet T. Taylor, a Co-Founder of Greater LA REIA, and an active real estate investor, private lender, and landlord. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Taylor has participated as a principal, partner, and lender since 2009. In 2019, she expanded her expertise as a real estate agent, assisting buyers and sellers in their real estate transactions. Taylor also holds an MLO (Mortgage Loan Originator) license endorsement from the NMLS (Nationwide Multistate Licensing System) since 2022.

In addition to her various roles in the industry, Taylor is also an educator and mentor, sharing her knowledge and experience with others. She currently serves as the Club Director at Sam’s Real Estate Club in Santa Monica, managing all events and national speakers. Taylor also teaches monthly Deal Analysis trainings for new VIP members and conducts the Homebuying presentations.

Taylor earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, where she worked until transitioning full-time into the real estate world.
