Sam immigrated to America over 40 years ago as a teenager and earned degrees in physics and engineering from the University of Texas in Austin. After working in engineering for a year, he realized his passion lay in networking and connecting with people, so he obtained his Real Estate License and started his own company, Aim Financial. Within a few years, his company was one of the top-producing brokerage firms in Los Angeles.

In 1994, Sam experienced a major setback when his home in Santa Monica and other investments were destroyed in the Northridge Earthquake. He took a sabbatical for almost a year to meditate and hike in the Rockies. This experience was life-changing, and he returned to work in 1996 with a new company, Global Financial Network, which became a top funding firm in a few short years.

Sam’s passion for educating others about real estate led him to establish his own educational forum, the Sam Sadat Real Estate Club, in 2003. He also created VIP Mentorship Programs, which provide practical and affordable mentorship for investors. Sam teaches that continuing education in small doses is key to success in the ever-changing real estate market.

In addition to mentoring, Sam has hosted his own radio show, lectured at seminars and workshops, appeared on TV and radio programs, and written articles for well-known real estate publications. He is the author of the bestselling book “Free and Clear – The Inside Secrets of Home Mortgage Financing,” which has helped thousands of people take control of their financial future.

Sam believes that success is not just about accumulating wealth, but also about growing mentally and spiritually along the way. His depth of knowledge and passion for educating others make him one of the most well-rounded individuals in the real estate industry.
