Sam’s Real Estate Club Presents:Educational and Networking Mixer

This meeting has a mixer format, which is a perfect way for everyone to connect and network with fellow like-minded real estate investors. This way, we all have more time mingling, interacting, and socializing rather than just sitting and watching a single presentation.

Mixer is 7:30 to 9:30 pm

• There will still be real estate education plus tips and exchanging ideas and resources.
• We like to call this mixer a night of edutainment (education and entertainment). Learn real estate in a fun environment while you share opportunities with others.
• Appetizers will be served. Each person will also get a ticket for one glass of wine.
• You may come up to announce deals you’re working on.
• This is a social event, so it will not be live streamed.
• Active VIPs can attend for free (as part of your benefits), but we have limited room, so you still must rsvp.

Take the elevator to the 7th floor, then take steps to the 8th floor Penthouse
Note: The Central Tower main entrance will be locked at 8 pm. (So be sure to arrive before then or you won’t be able to get in).

Structure #5 entrance is on 4th Street between Broadway and Santa Monica Blvd. First 90 minutes are free.
