Educational and Networking Mixer
This meeting has a mixer format, which is a perfect way for everyone to connect and network with fellow like-minded real estate investors. This way, we all have more time mingling, interacting, and socializing rather than just sitting and watching a single presentation.
- There will still be real estate education plus tips and exchanging ideas and resources.
- We like to call this mixer a night of edutainment (education and entertainment). Learn real estate in a fun environment while you share opportunities with others.
- Appetizers will be served. Each person will also get a ticket for one glass of wine.
- You may come up to announce deals you’re working on.
- This is a social event, so it will not be live streamed.
- Active VIPs can attend for free (as part of your benefits), but we have limited room, so you still must rsvp.

Learn About Foreclosures with Special Guest Teresa Straley, Esq.
Teresa graduated USC (with honors) and Loyola Law School. She has been practicing law for 15 years, with a focus on real estate, litigation, and elder financial abuse. She worked with real estate investors during the foreclosure 2008 crash to purchase foreclosures; providing out-of-the box strategies for people facing loss of their homes and properties. Her focus currently is to purchase commercial.
