T. Taylor, a Co-Founder of Greater LA REIA, and an active real estate investor, private lender, and landlord. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Taylor has participated as a principal, partner, and lender since 2009. In 2019, she expanded her expertise as a real estate agent, assisting buyers and sellers in their real estate transactions. Taylor is a broker and also holds an MLO (Mortgage Loan Originator) license endorsement from the NMLS (Nationwide Multistate Licensing System) since 2022.
